About you? 

  • Certificate in Community Services and/or experience in a Customer Service/Reception/Administration role
  • Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus, particularly clients with high complex needs who are vulnerable
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, internet and email
  • Experience in Customer Service/Reception/Administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to draft correspondence and perform accurate data entry
  • Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn more about, trauma informed practice, homelessness services and/or Community Services
  • First aid certificate and NSW Working with Children Check
